Authentication & Returns Policy

Our authenticity guarantee

Arvi Luxe represents every listed branded item as authentic. Before an item goes live, we inspect the details relevant to that piece, which may include construction, materials, stitching, hardware, engravings, labels, date or serial identifiers, packaging, and available provenance.

Original packaging, receipts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and other accessories are included only when the individual product listing says they are included. Arvi Luxe is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands shown on this site.

If you would like additional photos or details before purchasing, contact us and identify the product. If you have an authenticity concern after delivery, email us promptly with your order number, clear photos, and an explanation so we can review it.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags, authenticity or security tags, accessories, and original packaging included.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Condition grading

Excellent — Like new or showing minimal signs of use. Included packaging and accessories are listed separately.
Very Good — Light signs of careful use, with notable details disclosed in the listing.
Good — Visible signs of use, with wear and material flaws disclosed in the listing and photos.

Because many pieces are pre-owned or unique, the listing photos, measurements, condition notes, included accessories, and disclosed wear form part of the product description.
